Emulsification pump is a type of emulsification equipment that generates strong shear force through precise combination of rotating stator and high-speed rotation to achieve the purpose of mixing, crushing, and emulsification. In production, emulsion pumps are inevitably prone to some malfunctions, which can directly affect the production efficiency and service life of emulsion pumps. So, how should we deal with the malfunction of the emulsion pump during use?
When the emulsion pump is started and there is no pressure or the pressure cannot be adjusted:
1. The middle and lower throttle holes of the pilot valve are blocked.
2. The main valve or pilot valve of the unloading valve is stuck and damaged.
3. Factors such as damage to the sealing ring at the thrust piston.
The response method is to unblock, repair, and replace objects based on the problem.
When the emulsion pump experiences large pressure pulsation, insufficient or no flow, pipeline vibration, and severe noise:
1. The air in the suction chamber of the pump has not been completely expelled.
2. At the sealing ring of the plunger, intake air when sucking liquid.
3. The pipette is too thin and curved.
4. The spring of the suction and discharge valve is broken or the valve core is damaged, and the screw plug of the suction valve is not tightened.
5. The suction filter of the liquid tank is clogged.
The coping method is to loosen the air release screw of the pump body and clear the air; Remove the drain valve and fill the plunger chamber with liquid; Replace the suction hose or eliminate dead bends, replace the spring or replace the valve core; Tighten the suction valve plug; The suction filter of the cleaning solution tank.
When there is a collision sound during the operation of the emulsion pump:
1. Perhaps due to the increased clearance between the bearing shells.
2. There are impurities inside the pump body.
3. There is a gap between the plunger and the pressure block.
The coping method is to replace the bearing shell; Clear debris; Adjust the motor and pump to be coaxial, and tighten the compression screw sleeve.
When the temperature of the emulsion pump casing is found to be too high:
1. It may be due to damage to the bearing shell, insufficient lubricating oil, or unqualified lubricating oil.
The coping methods are: refueling or cleaning the oil tank, changing the oil; Repair the crankshaft and replace the bearing shells.
The above are some faults that emulsion pumps may encounter during use. If you encounter any faults during use, you can troubleshoot according to the above. We hope the above content can be helpful to you.
